Overview
CD Genomics sequencing platform runs multiple sequencers and has a fully equipped laboratory and staff capable of performing a variety of sequencing tasks. From sample preparation to data analysis, we have professional processes designed, and we have built automated solutions for sample preparation to increase throughput and minimize technical variation. By centralizing our equipment and expertise, we significantly reduce the cost of assays while improving the efficiency and quality of the data generated.
Support Services
Our sequencing platform spans expertise from first-generation sequencing to long read sequencing and is designed to provide researchers with comprehensive and accurate sequencing services. The sequencing platform is available to all researchers to help drive their research forward.
Common sequencing services that we support are as follows.

In addition to sequencing services, we also provide sample preparation, library preparation, bioinformatics analysis, etc.
Run Formats
- Single end – reads from only one end of the strand. Typical run lengths are between 36 bp to 150 bp. We can do as large as 300 bp for particular samples. Samples can be multiplexed from 2 to 96 samples per flow cell depending on the coverage needed and flow cell type used.
- Paired end – reads from both ends of the strand. The typical read length is between 75 bp and 150 bp. We can do as large as 250 bp for particular samples. Samples can be multiplexed from 2 to 96 samples per flow cell depending on the coverage needed and flow cell type used.
