The main responsibility of the sales executive is to be responsible for promoting our existing service projects and clarifying the overall sales target according to the company's goals, including but not limited to Sanger sequencing/second-generation/long read sequencing services. And actively communicate with customers to understand and find new service directions.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in molecular biology and genetics.
Have a research background related to Sanger sequencing/second-generation/long read sequencing.
No sales experience in other biopharmaceutical companies.
Serious and responsible work, positive attitude, good interpersonal communication skills.
Possess strong customer demand analysis ability, customer management ability, and business negotiation ability, and can independently write plans and make independent proposals.
Good professional image, clear logical thinking, fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Passionate about sales work, strong professionalism, pressure resistance and self-confidence, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
According to the overall plan of the company, implement channel management and product sales plan.
Responsible for the specific promotion of sales work, timely feedback of market information, and ensuring to provide customers with the most needed services.
Responsible for the management of sales receipts to ensure financial security.
Responsible for the expansion, training, and maintenance of sales channels, training employees in the department to master sales skills and understand sequencing-related knowledge.
Implement customer relationship management and maintain key VIP customers.
