CircRNA-Seq

CircRNAs are non-coding RNAs with closed-loop structures produced by back splicing. At CD Genomics, we offer a circRNA sequencing service to researchers using our state-of-the-art second-generation sequencing platform. We can identify circRNAs on a large scale with our RNA-seq technology. Because circRNA does not contain poly-A and is in a circular structure, it can be used in the poly (A)-RNA-seq technique after RNase R degradation of linear RNA.

What Is CircRNA-Seq?

CircRNAs are not affected by RNA exonucleases and are more stably expressed than linear RNAs. There are tens of thousands of circRNAs in multicellular animals, and they have a variety of important functions, which are closely related to the occurrence and development of various diseases, especially cancer. CircRNA-Seq uses next-generation sequencing technology to remove rRNA and linear RNA molecules in total RNA, enrich circRNA molecules and perform sequencing, which can more specifically analyze the types of circRNA in samples and quantify their expression, combined with bioinformatics research Functions and regulatory mechanisms of circRNA.

Customers Need to Provide

Samples

Recommended sample size:

  • For cell samples, greater than 2 × 106 cells.
  • For fresh/frozen tissues samples, not less than 100 mg for animal tissues and not less than 500 mg for plant tissues.
  • For total extracted RNA samples, not less than 10 µg.
  • For exosomes/plasma samples, not less than 10 mL.

Please note that all samples should be stored at -80℃ and transported on dry ice.

Sample Information

Please provide the specific concentration, volume, preparation time, and species origin for each sample. And inform about the specific information as well as the control and experimental samples (if there are groupings, describe in detail the grouping analysis information).
