Single-Cell ATAC Sequencing

Single-cell ATAC sequencing (scATAC-seq) technology to detect chromatin accessibility and explore cellular transcriptional regulation mechanisms is one of the important directions in studying epigenetics. CD Genomics, a biotechnology company with an advanced sequencing technology platform and R&D team, has long been dedicated to single-cell ATAC sequencing to provide researchers with quality sequencing service.

What Is Single-Cell ATAC Sequencing?

Single-cell ATAC sequencing is a new assay combining single-cell technology and traditional ATAC-seq. scATAC-seq identifies open regions of chromatin at single-cell resolution. When examining heterogeneous cell populations, changes in chromatin accessibility between cell subpopulations in a single sample can be identified. scATAC-seq solves the previously existing cellular heterogeneity challenge and expands the scope of application of the technology to further deepen the genetic regulatory mechanism of cellular heterogeneity epistasis.

Customers Need to Provide

Samples

Human and mouse genomes can be tested. (Other species require higher quality genomes.)
Sample types: cell lines, primary cells, frozen cells, fresh tissues, etc.

  • For single-cell suspensions, need to be live fine and >80% cell activity, cell concentration in the range of 700 to 1200 cells/μL, the total number of cells needs to be 106, and cell clumping rate less than 5%.
  • For blood samples, EDTA-anticoagulated whole blood >5 mL (must not contain heparin).
  • For tissue samples, fresh tissue >200 mg is required. Note that the assay is not compatible with FFPE samples as the formalin fixation process can lead to DNA degradation.

Please note that all samples should be stored at -80°C and transported on an adequate amount of dry ice.

Sample Information

Please provide the specific concentration, volume, preparation time, and species origin for each sample. And inform about the specific information as well as the control and experimental samples (if there are groupings, describe in detail the grouping analysis information).
