The main responsibility of the project manager is to be responsible for the management and technical optimization of our existing Sanger sequencing/next-generation sequencing/long read sequencing service projects. At the same time, it is necessary to undertake the sequencing service plan, write the plan design, plan optimization, etc., and need to find a new service direction to establish the project.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in molecular biology, genetics, etc.
Proactive and responsible.
Possess the knowledge and experimental foundation related to clinical testing, molecular biology, and first-generation/second-generation/long read sequencing.
Have the ability to independently carry out laboratory work, and be able to analyze and solve problems independently.
Have the ability to learn independently, and have the consciousness and initiative to learn new knowledge and new technologies.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the technical and management of the sequencing project, and ensuring that every step of the project operation meets the quality accreditation requirements of the sequencing laboratory.
Responsible for the feasibility analysis, design, and implementation of the experimental project.
Responsible for regular summaries and reports on the progress of experimental projects.
Responsible for technical exchanges and technical consultation with customers around the world.
